Learn why this isimportant <br />Dear Redwood City City Council Members, <br />I am a homeowner and resident of Redwood Shores and am writing to ask that you vote to <br />direct city staff to use Design Alternative 2 as the basis for the Redwood Shores Sea Level <br />Rise Protection Project. <br />My family prefers the reduced levee footprint in this design, as it will have a lower impact on <br />our enjoyment of our backyard and our HOA common areas. The other alternative would be a <br />waste of taxpayer funds, moving the bank of the levee closer to our home while creating <br />unnecessary amenitites in a quiet community that does not have public parking to meet the <br />demand of more visitors. <br />Thank you for your careful consideration of this matter. <br />Best regards, <br />Linda Goldman <br />Waterside Circle <br />
