<br />'1 <br /> <br />-.;,,~ --. <br /> <br />-'~ <br /> <br />( -, -)----- <br />!.('li~!./-- <br />R ]; SOL UTI 0 N .!!.9.:.. 1422 <br /> <br />GRANTING VARIANCE TO LLOYD ECKMAN <br />TO EXT'fEND C-l-H ZONE TO THE REAR <br />LOT LINE OF LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK <br />G, WOODSIDE ACRES NO.1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS of the PLANNING COM,,- <br />MISSION of the City of Redwood City, State of California, has <br />submitted the app~ication of Lloyd Eckman for variance or <br />adjustment, with the recommendation that such application be <br /> <br />granted, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />State of California, has considered said application for a <br /> <br />variance or adjustment in accordance with Section 20 of Ordi- <br /> <br /> <br />nance No. 600, Zoning Ordinance of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY hereby <br /> <br />resolves as follows: <br /> <br />1. Said Council finds that the following conditions <br /> <br />do exist: <br /> <br />(a) That there are exceptional or extraordinary <br />circumstances or conditions which apply to <br />the land, building, or use referred to in <br />the application which circumstances or con- <br />ditions do not apply generally to land, <br />buildings, or use in the same district. <br /> <br />(b) That the granting of the application is <br />necessary for the preservation and enjoy- <br />ment of substantial property rights of the <br />petitioner. ' <br /> <br />(c) That the granting of such application will <br />not materially affect adversely neighboring <br />property or the public welfare, or the hea.lth <br />or safety of persons residing or working in <br />the neighborhood. <br /> <br />2. Said Council hereby grants to LLOYD ECKMAN a vari- <br /> <br />ance extending the boundary of the C-I-H Zone to the rear lot <br /> <br />line of Lots 15 and 16, Block G, Woodside Acres No.1, and <br /> <br />- 1 - <br />
