'1 -.;,,~ --. -'~ ( -, -)----- !.('li~!./-- R ]; SOL UTI 0 N .!!.9.:.. 1422 GRANTING VARIANCE TO LLOYD ECKMAN TO EXT'fEND C-l-H ZONE TO THE REAR LOT LINE OF LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK G, WOODSIDE ACRES NO.1 WHEREAS, THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS of the PLANNING COM,,- MISSION of the City of Redwood City, State of California, has submitted the app~ication of Lloyd Eckman for variance or adjustment, with the recommendation that such application be granted, and WHEREAS, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, State of California, has considered said application for a variance or adjustment in accordance with Section 20 of Ordi- nance No. 600, Zoning Ordinance of the City of Redwood City, .. NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY hereby resolves as follows: 1. Said Council finds that the following conditions do exist: (a) That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions which apply to the land, building, or use referred to in the application which circumstances or con- ditions do not apply generally to land, buildings, or use in the same district. (b) That the granting of the application is necessary for the preservation and enjoy- ment of substantial property rights of the petitioner. ' (c) That the granting of such application will not materially affect adversely neighboring property or the public welfare, or the hea.lth or safety of persons residing or working in the neighborhood. 2. Said Council hereby grants to LLOYD ECKMAN a vari- ance extending the boundary of the C-I-H Zone to the rear lot line of Lots 15 and 16, Block G, Woodside Acres No.1, and - 1 -
