<br />objections made and reoeived, does determine that due and legal <br /> <br />notice of said hearing was given as required by the ordinances of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, as appears f~om the affidavit of L. M. <br /> <br />DUNCAN on file in the office of the City Clerk; and does find <br />that said building does constitute a fire menace; . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, and said Counoil does hereby declare, that the <br /> <br />buildings or structures situated upon the real property hereinabove <br /> <br />described are a public nuisance, and does hereby direct the owners <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />thereof to abate said nuisance within thirty days from the adoption <br /> <br />of this resolution, by having said building razed or removed, <br /> <br />and if said buildings are not So abated by said owners, the Build- <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />ing Inspector of the City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and <br />direoted to raze and remove said building, <br /> <br />and that the expenses thereof be made a lien on the lot or parcel <br /> <br />of land from which said building ts razed or removed, <br /> <br />and which is hereinabove described. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
