<br />12/14/2009 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE AGENCY BOARD OF THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br />incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> <br />2. The Board hereby affirms the intention of the Agency that the real property <br />located at 707 Bradford Street (APN 052-372-200) be used for the development of <br />housing affordable to persons and families of low and moderate income. <br /> <br />3.
