12/14/2009 <br />Exhibit "A" <br />Schedule of Fees for Courthouse Square Events <br />SECTION I. APPLICATION FEE <br />The Applicant is required to pay a $40 (non - refundable) fee with the completed <br />Courthouse Square permit application. The Application Fee may be waived where <br />an applicant provides sufficient proof that he /she is destitute and /or is otherwise <br />unable to offer payment. <br />SECTION ll. EVENT CLASSIFICATION PERMIT FEE <br />Both the minor and major event permit fees are based on a daily rate defined as <br />24 hours. The exclusive use permit fee is based on an eight hour rental. If the <br />minor and major events exceed the 24 hour period, a charge of %2 the applicable <br />permit fee rate for each hour or fraction thereof will be applied. If the exclusive use <br />event exceeds the maximum approved reservation period, a charge of 1/8 the <br />permit fee rate for each hour or a fraction thereof will be applied. <br />Minor Event <br />Open to the public and all of the following must apply: <br />• No entry, registration and /or admission fees <br />• No stage or barricades <br />• No cooking or food preparation <br />• No more than two booths or tables or combination thereof <br />• Fewer than 75 chairs <br />Fee <br />Organ ization/I nd ivid ual <br />$75 <br />Non - Profit <br />$150 <br />General Public <br />Major Event <br />Open to the public and may involve any of the following: <br />• Charge entry, registration and /or admission fees <br />• Cooking or food preparation <br />• Use of stage and /or barricades <br />• Road closures <br />• Generators <br />• Three or more booths or tables or combination thereof <br />• Placement of temporary equipment and /or structures <br />• Vehicle staging <br />Fee <br />Organ ization/Ind ivid ual <br />$250 <br />Non - Profit <br />$500 <br />General Public <br />ATTY/RESO/RES0.1966 14987 <br />120809 MUFF # 305 <br />
