Council Member Hartnett recognized the volunteers who <br /> made this event a complete success. Mayor Foust explained that this event is a family <br /> tradition for Council Member Hartnett and began with Barbara Royer Greenalch, his aunt <br /> and co-founder of the event. <br /> Council Member Hartnett and Vice Mayor Howard explained that as they leave the Council <br /> and the regional boards they serve on there should be some discussion about upcoming <br /> elections.
