.RESOLUTION N0. 1629 <br />AUTHORIZING TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTS <br />DATED NOVEMBER 30, 1910 and NOVEMBER <br />10, 1913 BETNEEN THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE <br />TELEGRAPH COMPANY AND THE TOWN OF <br />REDWOOD CITY. <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />(1) Pursuant to request of the Pacific Telephone & Tele. <br />graph Company to terminate certain agreements between the Town <br />of Redwood City and the Pacific Telephone 8c Telegraph Company <br />dated November 30, 1910 and November 10, 1913, it is hereby <br />ordered and directed that said agreements be terminated, <br />effective on the date of the adoption of this resolution. <br />(2) The City Manager of Redwood City is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute termination agreements with respect to <br />the aforementioned agreements in the form heretofore submitted <br />to the Council of Redwood City. <br />(3) The Clerk of Redwood City shall certify to the <br />adoption of this resolution, and a certified copy shall be <br />attached to the termination agreements. <br />(L�} Said termination agreements shall have no affect <br />whatsoever upon any fire alarm attachments maintained by the <br />City of Redwood City upon any of the poles referred to in <br />either of said agreements. <br />;. ;. 4. <br />
