for the purpose of construction of a carport only with <br />an open side, and subject further to the ,condition that <br />the improvements will be carried out in accordance with <br />the plans heretofore submitted to the Planning Commission <br />and the Council of Redwood City, which plans are incorpora- <br />ted herein and made a part hereof by reference thereto, <br />and subject to the further condition that this permit <br />shall exist only so long as said carport is maintained <br />in an open manner along the property line wherein the <br />00' setback has been granted. <br />-2- <br />
