RESOLUTION NO. 1689 <br />RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />that unpaid and uncollectable accounts in the General Fund <br />and in the Water Department funds be written off as recom- <br />mended by Contract auditing firm, C. G. Uhlenberg Co. in <br />the interem examination report dated April 23, 1954, which <br />report is on file in the office of the City Clerk, together <br />with detail per memorandum from City Engineer to City Mana- <br />ger dated June 16, 1954- <br />BE OT FURTHER RESOLVED that Bandon Oregon bonds in the <br />face value of $100 which are carried on the City's books as <br />an investment and considered worthless, be disposed of. <br />THE AMOUNTS TO BE WRITTEN OFF as recommended by Contract- <br />ing Auditor and as indicated in the attached memorandum are as <br />follows: <br />General Fund, Accounts Receivable, $1,439.76 <br />Water Fund, Accounts Receivable, 790.87 <br />Sewage Treat*ent Plant 105.15 <br />Total amount to be charged off 2034.78 <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City at a regular meeting thereof held on the Std day of May, <br />1954 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Granger, Royer, Spillers, Stout and <br />Herkner. <br />NOES: None. <br />RBSENT: Councilmen Britschgi and Jones. <br />Mayor 6f the City of Redwood City <br />.attest: <br />7 , <br />Clerk of the Cit of Redwood City <br />I herebyr,approve the foregoing <br />resolution this li th dky of June <br />t hG G t L y UL Radxr ud City <br />
