F <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />VACATION OF EASERIENT <br />PORTION LOTS 6 AND 7, RENATO OAKS <br />RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDI'VOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Council of Redwood City hereby finds, orders, <br />and determines that that certain easement hereinafter de- <br />scribed has never been used for the purpose for which it is <br />dedicated, and said easement has not been used continuously, <br />or at all, since its dedication to the City of Redwood City <br />which was less than five years ago, that said easement <br />is unnecessary for present or prospective public use. Said <br />easement is specifically described as follows: <br />All that certain easement consisting of a strip of <br />land ten feet (10 in width lying five feet (5' ) <br />on each side of the common boundary line between <br />Lots 6 and 7, and extending from the northwesterly <br />boundary line of Renato Court northwesterly ninety - <br />four feet (94') more or less to the southeasterly <br />boundary line of the public utilities easement which <br />extends along the northwesterly boundary line of Lots <br />6 and 7 and as said lots easements in Renato Court <br />are designated and described on that map entitled <br />"Renato Oaks ", which mapw_a.s filed in the office of <br />the Recorder of San 14ateo County, California on May20, <br />1953, in Volume 36 of Maps, at page 50. <br />2. The Clerk of Redwood City is hereby directed to re- <br />cord a certified copy of this resolution in the office of the <br />Recorder of San Mateo County, California. <br />t\ Ii tâ–º j\ <br />
