RESOLUTION N0. 1801 <br />AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO SIGN AGREEMENT <br />RE SIGN PERMIT, HANCOCK OIL COMPANY ON <br />WOODSIDE ROAD. <br />RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain agreement between the City of Redwood City <br />and ROY OPFER, GERALD GLEASON, and ELFRIEDE GLEA SON with respect <br />to construction of a sign within the seventeen foot (17') set- <br />back area on Woodside Road is hereby approved. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br />3. That said agreement, together with a certified copy <br />of this resolution, is hereby directed to be recorded in the <br />office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California. <br />
