That the estirriate of the annual net revenues which can be <br />expected to be derived from the parking meters, a portion of the <br />revenues from which are by the petition proposed to be pledged to <br />pay the principal and interest of the bonds, as contained in said <br />report, be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily approved and <br />confirmed. <br />4. That the total assessed value of the real property within <br />the proposed district as shown on the last equalized assessment <br />roll, as contained in said report, be, and the same is hereby, <br />preliminarily approved and confirmed. <br />5.
