WHEREAS, said report has been prepared and filed ir, the office of the City Clerk and has been read and considered by this Council, and preliminarily approved; NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as follows: 1. That the public interest, convenience and necessity require the acquisitions and iiliprovements herein described., and that it intends to order the formation of Parkin District No. 1.1 and to issue bonds in the amount and for the purposes hereinafter stated, 2. That the nai:ae of the proposed district is Parkim- Dis- Parkin- trict No. 1 of the City of Redwood City, That the boundary of the proposed ,district is generally described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of Walnut Street and Bradford Street; thence southeasterly along the center line of Walnut Street to its intersection with the center line of Stambaugh Street; thence northwesterly along the center line of Stambaugh Street to its intersection with the northerly prolongation of the westerly line of Block 88, Sweeny's Addition; thence southerly and southwesterly along the said westerly line and its northerly and southwesterly prolongations to the center line of Middlefield Road; thence southeasterly along said center line of Middlefield Road to the center line of !y1aple Street; thence southwesterly along the center line of Maple Street to the northeasterly line of the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way; thence north- westerly along said northeasterly right-of-way line to the southeasterly line of Broadway; thence northwesterly to the point of intersection of the northeasterly line of Arguello Street with the center line of Marshall Street; thence north- easterly along said center line of Marshall Street to the point, of intersection of the southeasterly projection of the north- easterly line of Lot 1, Block 2.
