WHEREAS, said report has been prepared and filed ir, the <br />office of the City Clerk and has been read and considered by this <br />Council, and preliminarily approved; <br />NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED and <br />ORDERED, as follows: <br />1. That the public interest, convenience and necessity <br />require the acquisitions and iiliprovements herein described., and <br />that it intends to order the formation of Parkin District No. 1.1 <br />and to issue bonds in the amount and for the purposes hereinafter <br />stated, <br />2. That the nai:ae of the proposed district is Parkim- Dis- <br />Parkin- <br />trict No. 1 of the City of Redwood City, <br />That the boundary of the proposed ,district is generally <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of <br />Walnut Street and Bradford Street; thence southeasterly along <br />the center line of Walnut Street to its intersection with the <br />center line of Stambaugh Street; thence northwesterly along <br />the center line of Stambaugh Street to its intersection with <br />the northerly prolongation of the westerly line of Block 88, <br />Sweeny's Addition; thence southerly and southwesterly along <br />the said westerly line and its northerly and southwesterly <br />prolongations to the center line of Middlefield Road; thence <br />southeasterly along said center line of Middlefield Road to <br />the center line of !y1aple Street; thence southwesterly along <br />the center line of Maple Street to the northeasterly line of <br />the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way; thence north- <br />westerly along said northeasterly right-of-way line to the <br />southeasterly line of Broadway; thence northwesterly to the <br />point of intersection of the northeasterly line of Arguello <br />Street with the center line of Marshall Street; thence north- <br />easterly along said center line of Marshall Street to the point, <br />of intersection of the southeasterly projection of the north- <br />easterly line of Lot 1, Block 2. Town of Mezeaville; thence <br />northwesterly along the northeasterly lines of Lots 1 through <br />�1_ <br />b of said Block 2 and the northwesterly projection thereof to <br />the center line of Bradford Street; thence northeasterly along <br />said center line of Bradford Street to the point of beginnin,-, <br />4.
