RESOLUTION NO. 1811 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />APPROVING FREEWAY AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department <br />of Public storks, Division of Highways, has presented an agree- <br />ment entitled "Freeway Agreement" which concerns State Highway <br />Route b$ within the City of Redwood City between the north <br />City Limits and the east City Limits and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement <br />in full and is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Redwood City that said agreement be and the same <br />is hereby approved and the Mayor, t Sze City Manager and the <br />City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of the <br />City.- <br />ADOPTED THIS day of <br />1. .1 <br />1 <br />B y <br />Mayor ` <br />By <br />ty anager <br />By <br />City Ckerk <br />Attest: I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was <br />duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City <br />of Redwood City at 'a regular meeting thereof held�L <br />City Clerk '1 <br />
