larly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly line <br />of Broadway, formerly Bridge Street, distant <br />thereon South 86 2 2 t West 145.55 feet from <br />its intersection with the Westerly line of <br />Main Street; thence North 3 0 30 West 1 foot; <br />thence South 86 22 West 2.5 feet; thence <br />South 3 0 30t East 8 feet; thence North 86 <br />22 East 2.5 feet; thence North 3 0 30 West <br />7 feet more or less to the point of beginning, <br />subject, however, to the condition that all construction shall <br />be in strict accordance with the plans heretofore submitted to <br />the planning Commission and the Council of Redwood City, and <br />subject to the further condition that LORAINE F. CULBERTSON <br />shall execute an agreement binding herself, her heirs and assigns, <br />to the removal of such non - structural wall insofar as it extends <br />over the plan line for the widening of Broadway at her own expense <br />at such time as the City of Redwood City shall determine to <br />acquire said property for street widening purposes. <br />3.
