Motion carried unanimously by <br />electronic vote. <br />MINUTE-ORDER 09-277 <br />Assistant City Attorney Aranda mentioned some revisions that needed to be part of the <br />approval tonight. <br /> <br />M/S Foust/Aguirre to adopt the Courthouse Square Administrative Guidelines as <br />specified by Mr. Aranda, with specific changes regarding sections 33A 36-33A.51 on <br />the Courthouse Square Administrative Guidelines and as they appear on pages 20-40 <br />of the staff report. Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br />MINUTE ORDER 09-278 <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution establishing Administrative Guidelines and Schedule of Fees <br />for Courthouse Square Event Permits. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14987 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ADOPTING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES RELATED TO EVENTS AT COURTHOUSE <br />SQUARE <br /> <br />M/S Gee/Pierce to adopt the schedule of fees for Courthouse Square by resolution and <br />as specified by Mr. Aranda. Five-Year Implementation Plan 2010-2014 for the Redwood City Redevelopment <br />Project NO.2. - City Council/Redeve/oDment Aaencv Board. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. In accordance with Article 16.5 of the California Redevelopment Law, Section <br />33490, conduct a Public Hearing to receive testimony on the proposed <br />Implementation Plan for the period January 2010 through December 2014 for <br />Redwood City Redevelopment Project NO.2. <br />2. Adopt, by motion, the 2010-2014 Implementation Plan for Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Project Area NO.2. <br /> <br />Susan Moeller, Senior Redevelopment Advisor provided an overview and introduced Ms. <br />Debbie Kern, Principal for Keyser Marston Associates. Ms. Kern gave a presentation (on <br />file) highlighting certain portions of the plan. <br /> <br />Mayor Ira opened the public hearing. There was no public comment. <br />M/S Foust/Gee to close the public hearing. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />One Council Member suggested having a "bigger vision" of what the redevelopment area <br />will look like in the next five years. Various Council Members made comments and how <br />other commissions and committees were supportive of this plan because of the alignment <br />that it will enable.
