Approve by motion and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />Memorandums of Understanding with Samaritan House for County of San <br />Mateo and State of California Housing and Community Development Federal <br />Stimulus Funds for Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Services. <br />2. Amend by resolution the Budget for Fiscal Year 2009-2010 to appropriate <br />$30,000 anticipated grant revenue from Samaritan House of State of California <br />Housing and Community Development Federal Stimulus Funds to implement <br />the program. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN APPROPRIATION REPRESENTING ANTICIPATED <br />GRANT REVENUE FROM SAMARITAN HOUSE FOR STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION AND RAPID RE-HOUSING PROGRAM (HPRP) AND <br />ADDING ANTICIPATED GRANT REVENUE INTO GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR <br />APPROPRIATION <br /> <br />D. Approve by resolution, funding in the amount of $37,000 to cover the cost of <br />participation in the 2010 Golden Guardian Exercise to be held at the Port of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE REDWOOD CITY BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009- <br />2010 BY APPROPRIATING $37,000 TO THE "GOLDEN GUARDIAN EXERCISE" <br />ACCOUNT AND AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE APPROPRIATED FUNDS FOR USE <br />IN THE 2010 GOLDEN GUARDIAN EXERCISE <br /> <br />2. Approve, by motion, a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of San <br />Francisco for full reimbursement of expenses related to the Golden Guardian <br />Exercise. <br /> <br />E.
