ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Mayor Foust thanked the webelos and the Pastor for their contributions to the meeting. <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Shawn White, Chair of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission, with <br /> time ceded from Matthew Feske, spoke regarding the upcoming holiday event - Bethlehem <br /> AD. He shared a video about past such events. He also provided handouts and said more <br /> information can be found at www.bethlehemad.com. <br /> Molly Spore-Alhadef, representing SEIU, thanked Council, particularly the outgoing Council <br /> Members, and welcomed the two new Council Members. She also expressed the hope for <br /> a continued good relationship. <br /> MOTION: Waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt <br /> the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> M/S Aguirre/Bain to approve the Consent Calendar as submitted. Agreement for Storm System Pumps, Motors and Flap Gate Maintenance and <br /> Repair Services. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Authorize by motion (1) City Manager to execute an agreement with Pump Repair <br /> Service Company of Daly City, California for the not-to-exceed amount of $195,000 <br /> and (2) amend the agreement for one additional year under the same terms, <br /> conditions and fees for maintenance and repair services of pumps, motors and flap <br /> gates for Storm Utility System.
