MINUTE ORDER <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> March 25, 1996 <br /> <br /> MO. 96-062 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: March 27, 1996 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Finance Director <br /> Park and Recreation Director <br /> Police Chief <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Police Department Firing Range Cleaning Services (304) <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 27, 1996 <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Buchan, Claire, Howard, La Berge, Leipzig, Ruskin <br /> and Mayor Hartnett <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S: LEIPZIG/RUSKIN TO APPROVE RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID <br /> FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT FIRING RANGE CLEANING SERVICES; <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; <br /> (Jordan Environmental, Inc.) AND REQUESTING THE POLICE CHIEF TO <br /> ALLOCATE INCREASE OF $6,500 TO OUTSIDE JURISDICTIONS USING <br /> THE FIRING RANGE <br /> <br /> In response to Council questions, Superintendent Itartman said other <br /> jurisdictions did pay a fee to use the Redwood City firing range. <br /> <br /> In response to Council questions, City Attorney Sehrieker stated that a <br /> previous Council had approved a revocable permit allowing other parties to use <br /> the firing range, and fees were probably established at that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
