e. The Interim City Attorney will not work more than 960 hours in the current <br />fiscal year unless authorization is requested from CalPERS as required by <br />Government Code Section 21221(h). <br />f. This appointment can be terminated by either party, at any time, with a two <br />week written notice. <br />g.
