T:) " al�,S OLUT ION N0. 1889 GRANTING VARIANCE TO GEORGE PRAY TO ALLOW THREE FEET BETWEEN MAIN BUILD- ING AND ACCESSORY BUILDING, 1205 FAIRVIEW STREET, REDWOOD CITY. WHEREAS., the Planning Commission of Redwood City has sub- mitted the application of GEORGE PRAY for a variance with the recommendation that such application be granted; and WHEREAS., the Council of Redwood City has considered said application for variance in accordance with Section 20 of Ordinance No. 600, said ordinance being the zoning ordinance of the City of Redwood City; NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: 1. Said Council finds that the following conditions exist: a) That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances which apply to the land, build- ing or use referred to in the application, which circumstances or conditions do not generally apply to lands, buildings., or uses in the same district. b) That the granting of the application is CD necessary for the preservation and enjoyment ly of substantial property rights of the petitioner. c) That the granting of such application will not materially affect adversely neighboring �D property or the public welfare or the health or safety of persons residing or working in the neighborhood. 2. Said Council hereby grants to GEORGE P171AY a variance Ly to allow a reduction in the distance between the main building and the accessory building located on the property, to three feet (3' ) instead of ten feet (101 ),, subject to the condition that all construction shall be completed within one (1) year from the date of this resolution and that a one (1) hour fire wall shall be constructed on the wall of the accessory building between the house and the accessory building, and a one (1) hour fire wall C) -1-
