construction shall be in accordance with the plans heretofore <br />submitted to the Planning Commission and the Council of Redwood <br />City and approved by such bodies, and subject to the further <br />condition that the LAND DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT COMPANY shall <br />construct in Roosevelt Avenue a median (divider) strip in the <br />widened portion of Roosevelt Avenue in the manner and of the <br />materials required by the City Engineer of Redwood City. <br />-2- <br />
