9. Execution. Said bonds shall be signed by the Mayor and Treasurer of said City, by their engraved or lithographed signature, and countersigned by the City Cleric, who shall affix thereto the official seal of said City. The interest coupons affixed thereto shall bear the engraved, printed or lithographed signature of the City Treasurer. Such signing and sealing of said bonds by said officers and such signing of said coupons by said Treasurer shall constitute and be a sufficient and binding execution of each and every one of said bonds and of all of said coupons. 10. Interest Coupons. The interest coupons attached to each of said bonds evidencing the interest to accrue thereon, shall be numbered consecutively and be substantially in the following form, to -wit: INTEREST COUPON Coupon No. $ CITY OF REDWOOD CITY CALIFORNIA. On the lst day of January (July), 19 , the City of Redwood City will pay to bearer out of its Municipal Improvement Bond, Series No. 55 -1, Inter- est and Redemption Fund, at the office of the City Treasurer, Redwood City, California, the sum of Dollars ($ ) for interest then due on its Municipal Improvement Bond Series No. 55 -1, dated July 1, 1955.
