Rather, this list identifies those agencies (other <br />than the City of Redwood City itself) with the permitting authority over the project that <br />may have potential implications for the feasibility of the project. <br /> <br />If the Saltworks project goes forward, the project may require off-site <br />improvements that trigger other permitting requirements. For example, if the project <br />requires highway improvements that will receive Federal funding, the Federal Highway <br />Administration may have jurisdiction over funding decisions. <br /> <br />4 <br />
