Consistent with prior Council direction, receive and consider the summary <br />reports regarding the Tier One Topics for the Saltworks Development <br />application concerning Jurisdictional Issues, Water Demand/Supply and <br />Transpo rtation/Ci rcu latio n. <br /> <br />2.
