<br />SECTION 5. Severability <br /> <br />If any section or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be invalid and/or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such <br />decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. Publication <br /> <br />The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance with <br />Government Code section 65858. <br /> <br />SECTION 7.
