This Commission concurs in that determination. <br /> <br />The Final EIR fully analyzed the Project proposed for approval herein. No new impacts have <br />been identified that have not been analyzed in the Final EIR. <br /> <br />D. Approval Actions <br /> <br />1. Planning Commission Actions <br /> <br />On July, 92009, the Planning Commission certified the Final EIR. <br /> <br />2. Public Utilities Commission Actions <br /> <br />The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission is taking the following actions and approvals to <br />implement the Project <br /> <br />. Adopt these CEQA findings and the attached Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting <br />Program. <br /> <br />. Approve the Project, as described herein. <br /> <br />3. San Francisco Board of Supervisors Actions <br /> <br />. The Planning Commission's certification of the Final EIR may be appealed to the Board <br />of Supervisors. If appealed, the Board of Supervisors will determine whether to uphold <br />the certification or to remand the Final EIR to the Planning Department for further <br />review. <br /> <br />. The San Francisco Board of Supervisors approves an allocation of bond monies to pay <br />for implementation of the Project. <br /> <br />4. Other-Federal, State, and Local Agencies <br /> <br />Inlplementation of the Project mitigation measures will involve consultation with or required <br />approvals by other local, state and federal regulatory agencies, including, but not limited to, the <br />following: <br /> <br />· U.s.
