Do not enact any regulation and by default allow collectives to operate with limited <br />regulation through a Use Permit review process. <br />3. Direct staff to notice a Study Session for further review of the matter. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Preparation of the ordinance will require staff time that is for the most part already <br />budgeted.
