One Council Member suggested having a "bigger vision" of what the redevelopment area <br /> will look like in the next five years. Various Council Members made comments and how <br /> other commissions and committees were supportive of this plan because of the alignment <br /> that it will enable. Another Council Member spoke about the fact that the Council has <br /> invested millions in the downtown and how some owners might not be caring for their <br /> properties as they should. This Council Member would like to know what property owners <br /> are doing to improve the downtown.
