R E S O L U T I O N N 0. 1913 <br />AUTHORIZING SALE OF PORTION OF LOTS <br />3 AND 4, BLOCK 1; HOMESTEAD ADDITION. <br />i <br />RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The sale of the hereinafter described property for <br />the total sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) is hereby <br />authorized. Said property is specifically described as follows: <br />A portion of Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Homestead Addition, <br />as designated on that certain map entitled "Map of Homestead <br />Addition to Redwood City being a subdivision of Lot 48 of the <br />Reese Subdivision of a part of the Redwood Farm, San Mateo <br />County, California ", recorded in the Office of the County <br />Recorder of San Mateo County on May 26, 1910, in Book 7 of Maps <br />at Page 19, being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the common lot line between said <br />Lot 4 and Lot 5, said point being South 45 0 30' East a distance <br />of 30.00 feet from the intersection of the Southeasterly line <br />of Redwood Avenue, 60.00 feet in width, with said common lot <br />line of Lots 4 and 5; THENCE along said common lot line between <br />said Lots 4 and 5 South 45 30' East a distance of 92.54 feet <br />to the most easterly corner of said Lot 4; THENCE along the <br />Southeasterly line of said Lots 4 and 3 South 44` 25' West a <br />distance of 50.00 feet to the most southerly corner of said Lot <br />3; THENCE along the common lot line of said Lot 3 and Lot 2 <br />North 45 30' West a distance of 95.16 feet to a point, said <br />point being South 45 0 30' East a distance of 30.00 feet from <br />the intersection of the Southeasterly line of Redwood Avenue <br />with said common lot line of Lots 2 and 3; THENCE from said <br />point leaving said common lot line between Lots 2 and 3 North <br />47 17' East a distance of 50.08 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, <br />2. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Redwood City are <br />hereby authorized to execute a deed conveying said property to <br />FRANK GIANNINI and FRANCES GIANNINI, his wife, as Joint Tenants, <br />without warranty, express or implied, and subject to all ease- <br />ments, restrictions and encumbrances of record except City real <br />property taxes, and subject to the condition that no construc- <br />tion of any kind shall be placed on the property conveyed with- <br />out the express consent of the Council of Redwood City. <br />
