R E S O L U T I O N N 0. 1913 AUTHORIZING SALE OF PORTION OF LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 1; HOMESTEAD ADDITION. i RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: 1. The sale of the hereinafter described property for the total sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) is hereby authorized. Said property is specifically described as follows: A portion of Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Homestead Addition, as designated on that certain map entitled "Map of Homestead Addition to Redwood City being a subdivision of Lot 48 of the Reese Subdivision of a part of the Redwood Farm, San Mateo County, California ", recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on May 26, 1910, in Book 7 of Maps at Page 19, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the common lot line between said Lot 4 and Lot 5, said point being South 45 0 30' East a distance of 30.00 feet from the intersection of the Southeasterly line of Redwood Avenue, 60.00 feet in width, with said common lot line of Lots 4 and 5; THENCE along said common lot line between said Lots 4 and 5 South 45 30' East a distance of 92.54 feet to the most easterly corner of said Lot 4; THENCE along the Southeasterly line of said Lots 4 and 3 South 44` 25' West a distance of 50.00 feet to the most southerly corner of said Lot 3; THENCE along the common lot line of said Lot 3 and Lot 2 North 45 30' West a distance of 95.16 feet to a point, said point being South 45 0 30' East a distance of 30.00 feet from the intersection of the Southeasterly line of Redwood Avenue with said common lot line of Lots 2 and 3; THENCE from said point leaving said common lot line between Lots 2 and 3 North 47 17' East a distance of 50.08 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, 2. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Redwood City are hereby authorized to execute a deed conveying said property to FRANK GIANNINI and FRANCES GIANNINI, his wife, as Joint Tenants, without warranty, express or implied, and subject to all ease- ments, restrictions and encumbrances of record except City real property taxes, and subject to the condition that no construc- tion of any kind shall be placed on the property conveyed with- out the express consent of the Council of Redwood City.
