<br />6.28 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Redevelopment Project Area, and the development of affordable housing will contribute <br />to the Agency's goals and objectives for the Project Area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the remediation of the Bradford parcels leading to future affordable <br />housing will be of benefit to the Project Area and the immediate neighborhood in which <br />the project is located, there are no other reasonable means of financing the Agreement <br />with the State other than the Redevelopment Agency, and the State's oversight will <br />assist towards the elimination of blighted conditions inside the Redwood City Project <br />Area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE AGENCY BOARD OF THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br />incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> <br />2. <br />2012. <br /> <br />The Environmental Oversight Agreement will be extended to March 31, <br /> <br />3. The Executive Director or his/her designee is hereby authorized to <br />execute the amendment to the terms of the Environmental Oversight Agreement for the <br />Redwood City Redevelopment Agency with the California Department of Toxic <br />Substances Control. <br /> <br />4.
