Below are the items associated
with the setup of the City of Redwood City inventory project.

~ Project Scope Review Meeting
The goals for the scope review meeting are to meet with technical staff
members and project managers to discuss an overall timeline, reporting
requirements, technical exchange, and team member responsibilities. The
technical exchange will happen remotely.

~ Project Management
Transmap will create project progress reports, package and coordinate
deliveries, phone and email support. Transmap will post and deliver status
reports and maps. Transmap's project manager will be the primary contact
for project technical questions.

~ Project Mobilization
Transmap will mobilize the ON-SIGHT™ system to Redwood City, CA. In
addition, the ground control network and a quality control network will be
established. Mobilization activities include: deploying a Transmap ON-SIGHT™
mapping van, equipment, and required staff (driver and operator) to Redwood
City, California, local authority notices, installation, configuration, and
calibration of the camera equipment and on-board data management
hardware / software; installation, configuration, and calibration of the on-
board global positioning and inertial navigation system equipment; and
setting up an external QC network with at least 3 quality control points.
Transmap will establish an external ground control network to be utilized in
support of field data capture quality control efforts. The purpose of the
ground control network is to provide the GPS corrections necessary to ensure
National Mapping Accuracies for sub-meter data collection, and establish and
maintain them throughout the duration of data collection activities.

Deliverables

Raw Data Collection
The raw data collection (images) portion of the project must begin before sign
extraction can occur.

~ ON-SIGHT™ Imaging (Roadway)
Transmap will drive all roads owned by the City of Redwood City using our new
ON-SIGHT™ HD mapping vehicle. The vehicle has new high-resolution
(1600x1200) cameras and a point cloud laser (vehicle based UDAR). The point

Confidential

Page 3

2/4/10 V3
