<br />CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE <br /> <br />This is to certify that the City of Redwood City accepts the dedication of a Public Service <br />Easement granted by the Belmont Redwood Shores School District, Owner of Record of <br />real property as fully described as a portion of Lot 3 as shown on the map of The <br />Preserve at Redwood Shores filed August 26, 2008, Book 136 of Maps, Pages 65 <br />through 72, inclusive, San Mateo County Records, to the City of Redwood City, a <br />charter city and municipal corporation ("grantee") is hereby accepted by the <br />undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br />California pursuant to Council's action on November 9, 2009 (Minute Order 09-279), <br />and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
