C01~RELL TO <br />ALLOW A TEN FOOT (10') REAR YARD ON <br />LOT 16, BLOCK 11, EAGLE HILL SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />HHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Redwood Ci ty. has sub- <br />Initted the application of S. A. COTTRELL for a variance together <br /> <br />with its reconunendations thereon, <br /> <br />NOW, 1'HEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES <br /> <br />AS FOLL01vS: <br /> <br />1. Said Council finds the follov..ring condi tions exist: <br /> <br />(a) That there are exceptional or extraordinary <br />drcumstances\'lhich apply to the land, building <br />or use referred to in the application, which <br />circumstances or conditions do not generally <br />apply to lands: buildings, or uses in the same <br />district. <br /> <br />(b) That the granting of the application is <br />necessar~T for the preservation and enjoyment <br />of substantial property rights of the <br />petitionero <br /> <br />(c) That the granting of such application will <br />not materially affect adversely neighboring <br />property or the public welfare or the health <br />or safety of persons residing or working in <br />the neighborhood. <br /> <br />2. Said Council hereby- grants to S. A. COTTRELL a variance <br />to allow a ten foot (10') rear yard on Lot 16, Block 11, Eagle Hill <br /> <br />Subdivision, subject to the further condition that all construction <br /> <br />shall be placed thereon in accordance with the plans heretofore <br /> <br />submitted to and approved by the Planning Commission and Caunell of <br /> <br />Redwood Ci ty' . <br /> <br />.x- * * * <br />
