<br />RES 0 L IT T ION <br /> <br />;J-t:>;53 <br />N o. 2053 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FIXING MINIMUM WAGE SCALE <br /> <br />\1HEREAS the City Engineer of Redwood City has ascertained <br />the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality <br />in which said public work is proposed to be performed for work <br />of a similar character to that described in Resolution of <br /> <br />Intention No. ~O5' 2. ' adopted <br />Council of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS said rate of per diem wages is set forth and con- <br /> <br />Ju17 lot 19S6 <br /> <br />by the <br /> <br />tained in the specifications for said project, copies of which <br /> <br /> <br />are on file in the office of said Engineer and also in the office <br /> <br />of the Clerk of said City; and <br />\VHEREAS the Council of Redwood City has duly considered <br /> <br />'~~sid scale and finds the same to be correct in all particulars; <br /> <br /> <br />NO~v, THZ:hZFOl:i.lj, t~-:.'~' Cour.~il of Red"t'fooc1 C;i ty resolves as <br /> <br />follo~tJS : <br /> <br />1.
