ROBELET TO <br />ALLOW A FIFTEEN FOOT (151) HEAR YARD <br />ON LOT 3, BLOCK 2, HOBELE11 SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />HHEREAS, the Plann1ng Conunission of Hedwood City has sub- <br /> <br />11'11 tted the application of I\1H. ROBELET for a variance together <br /> <br />wi th :1 ts reCOrtU11endations thereon, <br /> <br />NOW, 'l'HEREFORE, 'rHE COUNCIL OF RED1:JOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES <br /> <br />AS FOLLOHS: <br /> <br />1. Said Council finds the following conditions exist: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />That there are exceptional or extraordinary <br />circumstances which apply to the land, building <br />or use referred to in the application, which <br />circumstances or conditions do not generally <br />apply to lands, buildings, or uses in the srone <br />district. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />That the grant:ing of the application 1s <br />necessary for the preservation and enjoyment <br />of substantial property rights of the <br />petitioner. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />'rhat the granting of such application will <br />not materially affect adversely neighboring <br />property or the public welfare or the health <br />or' safety of persons residing or ~'lorking in <br />the neighborhood. <br /> <br />2. Said Council hereby grants to r~1R. ROBELET a variance <br />to allow a fifteen foot (151) rear yard on Lot 3, Block 2, <br /> <br />Hobelet Subdivision, upon the express condition that all construc- <br /> <br />tion thereon shall be strictly in accordance with the plans here- <br /> <br />tofore approved by the Planning Cormllission and Council of the <br /> <br />Gi ty of Redlivood 01 ty, and said construction shall be completed <br />not later than six (6) months from the date of this Resolution. <br /> <br />.x- * * * <br />
