(304) <br /> <br /> CONSENSUS: Mayor Hartnett determined it to be the consensus of the <br /> Council to defer action on Consent Calendar Item 3.I. to such time as the Streets <br /> Committee can work with the County and prepare a recommendation to the <br /> Council. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
