<br />2~ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />2060 <br /> <br />vlITHDRAWING HIGHLANDS TERRITORY NO.3, <br />HIGHLANDS TERRITORY NO.4, HIGHLANDS <br />TERRITORY NO.5, HIGHLANDS TERRITORY No.6, <br />BREWSTER AVENUE RESERVOIR, MELEYCO TERRITORY, <br />~100RE TERRITORY, AND MORRIS TERRITORY, FROM <br />THE EMERALD LAKE LIGHTING DISTRICT <br /> <br />\V'HEREAS, the propert~t hereinafter described has been <br />annexed to the City of Redwood City, and <br />WHEREAS, said property or portions thereof are still <br />included within the boundaries of the .Emerald Lake Lighting <br /> <br />District, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City to withdraw said property from the F..rnerald Lake Lighting <br /> <br /> <br />District, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. It hereby finds, orders, and determines that all of <br /> <br />the property described in Paragraph 2. of this Resolution shall <br />no longer be benefited by remaining in the Emerald Lake Lighting <br /> <br />District. <br /> <br />2. That the territory hereinafter speoifically described <br /> <br /> <br />is hereby ordered withdrawn from the Emerald Lake Lighting District <br /> <br /> <br />by reason of its annexation to the City of Redwood City.
