MOHR TO ALLOW <br />A REDUCED REAR YARD ON A PORTION OF LOT 1, <br />FRANCES TRACT, (423 EATON AVENUE, REDWOOD <br />CI1Y, CALIFORNIA) . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Redwood City has sub- <br />mitted the application of D. C. MOHR for a variance together with <br /> <br />its recommendations thereon, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Said Council finds the following conditions exist: <br /> <br />(a) That there are exceptional or extraordinary <br />circumstances which apply to the land, building <br />or use referred to in the application, which <br />circumstances or conditions do not generally <br />apply to lands, buildings, or uses in the same <br />district. <br /> <br />(b) That the granting of the application is <br />necessary for the preservation and enjoyment <br />of substantial property rights of the <br />petitioner. <br /> <br />(c) That the granting of such application will <br />not materially affect adversely neighboring <br />property or the public welfare or the health <br />or safety of persons residing or working in <br />the neighborhood. <br /> <br />2. Said Council hereby grants to D. C. MOHR a variance to <br />allow a reduced rear yard on a portion of Lot 1, Frances Tract, 423 <br />Eaton Avenue, Redwood City, California, in that'the rear yard may be <br />reduced to eight feet (8') at the southwesterly corner of said lot <br />extending on a line to a point twenty-three feet (23') from the rear <br /> <br />line of said lot to the southeasterly corner of said lot. This <br />is <br />variance/granted upon the express condition that all construction <br />shall be in accordance with the plans heretofore approved by the <br />Council and the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />and further provided that said construction shall be completed <br /> <br /> <br />within six (6) months from the date of the adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />* * * * <br />
