<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />2087 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING SALE OF PORTION OF LOT 53, <br />REESE SUBDI~ION, TO GREGORY SHIFRIN <br />AND ESFIR SHIFRIN <br /> <br />RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the sale of the hereinafter described property <br />for the total sum of One Hundred and Seventy-Five Dollars <br /> <br />(~l75.00) is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Said property is specifically <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />A portion of Lot 53, Reese Subdivision, as designated on <br />that map entitled "Map of the Reese Subdivision of a part <br />of the Red~lood Farm", recorded March 22, 1905, in the <br />Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California, <br />in Book 3 of Maps at Page 56, being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of said Lot 53j <br />THENCE North 450 30' West along the southwesterly line of <br />said Lot 53 a distance of 93.87 feet to a point on the arc <br />of a curve of radius 199.07 feet, said arc being the south- <br />westerly line of Hess Road, 50.00 feet in width; THENCE <br />leaving said southwesterly line of Lot 53, southeasterly <br />on the arc of said curve and said southwesterly line of <br />Hess Road an arc distance of 97.69 feet to the southeast- <br />erly line of said Lot 53; THENCE along said southeasterly <br />line of said Lot 53, South 440 25' West a distance of <br />23.52 feet to the point of BEGINNING. <br /> <br />2. The Mayor and the Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />are hereby authorized to execute a deed conveying said property <br /> <br /> <br />to Gregory Shifrin and Esfir Shifrin, his wife, as Joint Tenants, <br /> <br />subject to all easements, restrictions, and encumbrances, <br /> <br />except City real property taxes, and without any warranty. <br /> <br />* * * * <br />
