That said Council hereby rejeots all said proposals or <br />bids ror doing the work of making the improvements desoribed in <br />said Resolution or Intention No. 2074 , except that next herein <br /> <br />mentioned, and hereby awards the contract ror doing said work and <br />making said improvements to the lowest, regular, responsible bidder, <br /> <br />to wit: 811 U 1104 .it ,.
