<br />6.30 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT 2 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br />LEASE AGREEMENT - COMMUNICATION SITE <br />(EMERALD LAKE HILLS WATER TANK PROPERTY) <br /> <br />THIS LEASE ("Lease"), dated ~EU/hU-~ , 2006 is made by and between <br /> <br />the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br />Nb~'r&- C~ <br />("Lessor") and UL.tfct-t\Ji J\ I1=-N~ a ~Lff'evM2..G (ulZfD~ 7IDJ("Lessee"). <br /> <br />RECIT ALS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lessor is the owner of certain property situated in San Mateo <br /> <br />County, State of California, described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br /> <br />by reference (the "Emerald Lake Hills Water Tank Propertyn); and <br /> <br />'WHEREAS, Lessee is al'~\~6UtlON organized under the laws of the State <br /> <br />of ---P:.L/YVI(t..G whose principal business is to provide mobile radio/telephone <br /> <br />service; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lessee desires to use a portion of that certain Emerald Lake Hills <br /> <br />Water Tank Property, as described in "B", attached hereto and incorporated by reference <br /> <br />(the "Leased Premises"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lessor is willing to permit Lessee to lease the Leased Premises in <br /> <br />accordance with the terms, conditions and covenants of this Lease. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. PREMISES.
