Based on the results of the level of service calculations, <br />impacts of the site-generated traffic will be identified and described. Recommendations will be formulated <br />that identify the locations and types of improvements or modifications necessary to mitigate significant <br />project impacts. <br /> <br />6. Sensitivity Analysis. Once the impacts and mitigations are reviewed by the City and the applicant, <br />approximately 4 to 5 intersection locations will be identified as trigger points for development The purpose <br />of this analysis will be to provide insight on development thresholds for key intersection impacts. These <br />intersection locations will be approved prior to analyzing the development thresholds. <br /> <br />7. Parking A1UIlysis. A parking analysis will be conducted to determine the adequacy of parking for the <br />proposed project. To determine parking demand for the proposed project. internet research and parking <br />surveys will be conducted at two office complexes on a Tuesday ) Wednesday, and Thursday during peak <br />office parking demand periods (10:00 am to 2:00 pm). The proposed TOM measures' parking demand <br />reduction will also be quantified. The analysis will include a quantitative analysis of the parking supply <br />versus demand for with and without TDM trip reduction. <br /> <br />8. R,porls. Our findings and recommendations will be swnmarized in an additional scenario to be added to the <br />circulation chapter of the Environmentallmpaot Report (EIR). The TDM scenario will include a summary of <br />the proposed TOM measures, figures, and recommended mitigation measures. Level of service results will <br />be provided in tabular form. All data and calculations used in the analysis will be provided in the form of <br />appendices. Following review and comment by you, the fmal report will be prepared. <br /> <br />9. Response to Comments. This work scope includes up to 3S hours of principal associate time (and a total of <br />48 person..hours) to respond to comments on the DEIR. This amount of effort could be re-evaluated once the <br />comments on the OEIR have been received. <br />
