<br />5. The proposed event does not conflict with an activity already scheduled for the <br />Square; <br /> <br />6. The preparation for and/- or the conduct of the proposed use, event or activity will <br />not unreasonably burden City resources necessary to preserve the public's use <br />of the Square; <br /> <br />7. The proposed event does not pose an unreasonable adverse impact to the <br />physical integrity of Courthouse Square; and <br /> <br />8.
