CONDUCT AND ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED UNLESS PERMIT <br />GRANTED <br />Without written permission of the City Manager or his or her designee(s), no person on <br />the premise of Courthouse Square shall: <br /> <br />B. PENALTIES AND FINES <br />Any person violating any provision of this Chapter or any amendment thereto, or <br />violating the terms of any permit issued pursuant thereto, shall be guilty of an infraction <br />and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article 1, <br />Section 1.7B. <br /> <br />Page 11 of 11 <br />
