<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Create and provide training to teacher(s) at Redwood High School in energy efficiency and <br />clean energy careers such as energy auditing, retrofitting, and solar assessment and design; <br />appropriate for career technical education programs as well as highly academic programs. <br />Class demonstrations will take place (up to 12 sessions) and subsequent meetings with pilot <br />teacher will occur on a regular basis throughout the contract period. <br /> <br />Develop a teachers manual and a toolkit including a watt meters, light meters, etc that will <br />accompany the program and that can be shared with other teachers in Redwood City and <br />regionally. A copy of the manual and toolkit will be submitted to grantor by the end of the <br />contract period. <br /> <br />During the contract period support Redwood City efforts to build support and collaboration for <br />clean energy/sustainability career pathways for youth within the community by reaching out to <br />area teacher to provide orientation and training to the program. <br /> <br />Provide Redwood City with a final report within 45 days of completion of the contract.
