The scope of the fees shall be broken down as follows: <br /> <br />Construction Documents <br />Estimated Reimbursable <br />Total <br /> <br />$ 3,200.00 <br />$ 100.00 <br />$ 3,300.00 <br /> <br />Project Description: The project consists of providing construction documents and lighting <br />design/evaluations for the parking lot at the Veterans Senior Center in Redwood City. The <br />design shall include computer simulation of the new proposed lighting design. The <br />assumption is that the service is adequate for the lighting renovations. <br /> <br />Our office will create the drawings on ACAD 2010. Any as-builts, which the city has in <br />ACAD format files or hand drafted plans will be provided to Zeiger Engineers to <br />incorporate into its design as required. <br /> <br />Basic Services: Electrical engineering work will include: <br /> <br />- site investigations of the existing conditions <br />- electrical drawings <br />- office consultation during construction <br /> <br />Additional Services, work not included in our Basic Services, shall include, but is not <br />necessarily limited to: <br />
