<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Attachment A <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br /> <br />The Community Wellness Initiative Manager, a position housed at Peninsula Conflict <br />Resolution Center (PCRC), will provide the following services to the Redwood City 2020 <br />Prevention Partnership: <br /> <br />Administration and Project Coordination ($30,000) <br />. Manage the Redwood City 2020's contract with San Mateo County Behavioral and <br />Health Recovery Services, including reporting, budget management, and <br />subcontractor accountability <br />. Oversee, provide support for, and coordinate communication between Redwood City <br />2020 and AOO Community Partners <br />. Receive and share training, research, and other pertinent information with project <br />participants relating to AOO environmental prevention strategies <br />. Manage overall AOO communications, convene and facilitate meetings, and <br />coordinate follow-up for meetings and activities <br />. Serves as a primary point of contact among AOO prevention partners and the <br />broader community for information regarding project purpose and vision <br />. Monitor implementation of work plan <br />. Help build strong, positive relationships between community residents, partnering <br />organizations, law enforcement and other stakeholder groups by maintaining on- <br />going communication between groups <br />. Identify and support potential collaboration with other AOO prevention-related efforts <br />. Provide and/or procure technical support for Prevention Partnership in the areas of <br />outreach, i.e. design and printing of outreach, materials, cultural competence, etc. <br />. Other services as needed to support the effectiveness of the Prevention Partnership <br /> <br />Facilitation of Community Meetings ($7,000) <br />Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center's Manager of Facilitation will participate on the <br />AOO Prevention Partnership Steering Committee and provide consultation, planning, <br />facilitation and interpretation (as needed) for up to 5 large and small community group <br />meetings. <br /> <br />Agreement over $1 OK 10 <br />City Attorney Approved Version 111803 <br />
