<br />3. The variance hereinabove granted shall be subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) All laws, codes, regulations, resolutions, ordinances <br />and/or parts thereof, other than as directly and ex- <br />pressly adjusted by the terms of the variance granted <br />herein, shall be strictl-y. complied with. <br /> <br />(b) Any proposed construction, alteration or change of <br />any structure or structures situate within the property <br />referred to above shall be in conformity with such re- <br />presentations, maps, plats and/or plans as may herein- <br />before have been approved by the Council and the Board <br />of Adjustments of the Planning Comuission. <br /> <br />(c) Existing carport on the above described property shall <br />be removed within a reasonable time from date hereof. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
