<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 2110 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />GRANTING VARIANCE FROM CERTAIN PROVISIONS <br />OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY TO M. TESOLINI <br /> <br />WHEREAS, M. Tesolini has made application to the Board <br /> <br />of Adjustments of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Redwood City for a variance from the strict application of <br /> <br />certain provisions of Ordinance No. 600 (the Zoning Ordinance <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City) in accordance with Sections 2.02 <br /> <br />and 2.04 of said ordinance; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS" said Board has he:Ld at least one public hearing <br /> <br /> <br />with reference to said application; has recommended that this <br /> <br />Council grant said application subject to stated conditions; <br /> <br />and, has found that the following conditions exist: <br /> <br />(a) That there are exceptional or extraordinary <br />circumstances which apply to the land, building <br />or use referred to in the general application, <br />which circltmstances or conditions do not <br />generally apply to lands, buildings or uses in <br />the same district. <br /> <br />(b) That the granting of the application is necessary <br />for the preservation and enjoJi-ment of substantial <br />property rights of the petitioner. <br /> <br />(c) That the granting of such application will not <br />materially affect adversely neighboring property <br />or the public welfare or the health or safety of <br />persons residing or working in the ~eighborhood. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY: <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby approves the abovementioned <br /> <br />findings of the Board of Adjustments of the Planning Commission <br /> <br />and coni' i rms the same. <br /> <br />2. In accordance with Section 2.01 of Ordinance No. 600, <br /> <br />this Council does hereby grant to M. Tesolini a variance from the <br /> <br />strict application of the provisions of said Ordinance, subject <br /> <br />to the conditions hereinafter set forth, as follows: <br /> <br />Variance from Section 9.1 (f) to allow 101 <br />rear yard in R-4 District, Lot 1, Block 8, Range "n", <br />Mezesville, being on the corner qf Alden and <br />
